Big scratches in screen

Phone came in a not original box with a usb to usb c cable, came out of the box with visible deep scratches that were hidden under a cheap screen protector which I originally thought was just a hair, scratches to the titanium on the side and the back glass. Came with 92% battery life. The phone is good, but the “renewed” part is hard to believe since it claims no visible scratches at 30cm and I could easily see the scratches from more than that distance away

not factory reset?

this phone was not factory reset when I received it. in the settings it said something about being monitored but when I factory reset it, that went away. seems to be in good condition! I am quite enjoying the iphone 15 pro. I switched from the pixel 7 after having the pixel 3 and 5a (around 5 years I think). quite pleased with this purchase overall. the phone was also shipped in a random small cardboard box instead of an apple box or even a branded box of the shipper or something and the included cable was not an apple cord, just a random cheap looking usb-c to usb-c cord that is very short. overall the phone itself seems to be in good shape.
