If you're looking for a phone that'll do everything you need it to for cheap, this is the way to go.I bought this phone as an emergency replacement to my iPhone 13 Pro Max that got stolen, and I immediately loved it. Instead of getting a brand new phone, I decided to use this Galaxy S20FE for a year to see how it holds up.Durability wise, the back panel started to peel off and the adhesive was failing. The screen also isn't very scratch resistant. However, this phone has a decent camera, it runs with absolutely zero lag, and it does everything perfectly. I highly recommend it.

Phone arrived very quickly and is in excellent condition and functioning well. Unhappy that the charger that was sent with this phone is a lightning cable for iPhone. So charger is useless with this device. Also delivery person didn't even knock just left an expensive phone on the doorstep in pouring rain. Thankfully everything inside stayed dry. Overall a good buy and happy with the phone just be sure to check the charge cable and charge block to make sure they sent the right one.

Awesome deal (or so I thought)

If I hadn't been the one to buy it, I'd assume this phone was new. I've been buying refurbished and open box deals for decades and this is one of the best looking flips I've ever gotten. Battery is about 85-90% of new, but that's the only sign of it not being new. Came with the Samsung adaptive charger and cord, even.Update: A year later, had an issue with the screen starting the dreaded ink blot. My fault, water damage from a spilled drink. However, what wasn't my fault was the condition of the internals when it was opened for repair. The main board is not a canadian one. G781V. Verizon board. Probably replaced because of the massive damage the original took before whichever company got their hands on it to "refurbish" it. I say massive damage because the whole corner of the top board (NFC antenna/wireless charging, etc) and bezels surrounding the cameras, were busted off and missing. Explains the reception issues I was having, and various glitchy behaviours. Too late for me to have anything done, but I can still pass on the warning.Whoever rebuilt this phone did just enough to get it working, and didn't care about matching parts properly. Or they didn't know better, which is even worse.

Defective intermittent charge port! Item returned as the defect caused serious grief!

Very difficult condition to diagnose intermittent charge port, and couldn't connect device to computer beyond seconds of the first attempted connection (file transfer).Reset OS to factory default and fault still occurred after complete default system reset.Annoying when you can't charge the phone barely a couple weeks since original purchase. Also had some odd sporadic screen glitches but overall although this one was a dud I was able to locate a identical replacement that in fact does work correctly using a saved backup of original OS. Replacement connected immediately, and successfully with PC. I believe you should be able to leave Samsung USB settings without first selecting mode function. Replacement charges, and transfers with original default usb settings! Relieved it finally works correct!
